Occasionally we will send newsletters out to members or people who have showed interest in our products and services about our "Hot Offers" or special deals. We will make certain personal information about you available to our business partners like the Independent Marketing Directors and Agents who provide products and services to you on our behalf. These people are also obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with Holiday Nova®'s policies, except if we inform you otherwise at the time of collection. For example, when you make a booking, you authorize us and our agent to exchange the information that you provide during the booking process to carry out your booking. Once your booking has been approved, your personal information will be governed by Holiday Nova® and our agent's respective privacy policies. Without such information being made available, it would be difficult for you to purchase products, have products delivered to you, receive customer service, provide us feedback to improve our products and services, or access certain services, offers, and content on holidaynova.com.

How Do We Protect Your Information?
Your personal information protection is very important to us, and we take every precaution including administrative, technical and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration and destruction. It is our policy to not retain credit card details for any longer than is necessary to complete the relevant transactions. We do not store credit card details on our server. In addition, we use high-leveled encryption where personal information is required, or when transmitting personal information over the Internet.
What Do We Do About Children's Privacy?
We do not sell products or services to children, nor knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes. However, if a child under 13 submits personal information to Holiday Nova® and we learn that that personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
